PREZES ZARZĄDU

Dorota Łoboda-Kąkowicz (President of adrino). Dorota was promoted to CEO of adrino in 2020 from the position of Managing Director. Always close to strategy and product, worked on the development of the offer and strengthening and developing the ecosystem programmatic, native and rich media.

Extensive experience in team building and change management. She gained them, among others, in the Netsprint Group (strategic and marketing positions) as well as in GroupM and Mindshare. In the industry of digital advertising market since 2009.

Joanna Korczak (Managing Director)
In adrino since 2021 as COO. Responsible for analysis and optimization financial results of the company and for comprehensive implementation strategies and new products

Previously, as Head of Performance & Business Development responsible for development of LeadR  (since 2020 part of the adrino group). In the industry of digital advertising market since 2007.

Tomasz Mielcarz
Chief Technology Officer

Tomasz Mielcarz (Chief Technology Officer). Responsible for IT department, as well as product development and maintenance from technological side. Chief Technical Officer position took over in 2017 in Netsprint group (since 2018, after the merger of the companies).

Gained experience in Netsprint since 2005, managing i.a. IT department, active on the market as a programmer since 1998. He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology.

Daniel Franc CSO (Chief Sales Officer)
In adrino since 2018, CSO since 2021. Previously, as Head of Direct, responsible for the department of direct customers, he also managed the department of adrino’s key customers.

In digital advertising industry since 2008, previously in Roxy Radio,
“Gazeta Wyborcza”, Gazeta.pl, Stroer Digital.

Chief Financial Officer

Paweł Cięciera (Chief Financial Officer)
Associated with the company from the beginning of 2022. Graduated from Faculty of Economics at the Cracow University of Economics and ESC Clermont Business School.

Previously worked in the controlling department of Polska Press Group. Privately, interested in football and cycling.

Chief Information Officer

Maciej Szymczak (Chief Information Officer)
CIO in adrino since 2022, responsible for product development and optimization of advertising resources of network. Previously managed the Opt-ad department for over 3 years.

Involved in advertising industry since 2008, initially working as a media buying specialist.
Also managed Opt-ad team since 2020.
